Event Terms & Conditions
When you book an event and confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Burston Garden Centre and yourself.
All bookings constitute a request for a reservation. Burston Garden Centre will aim to confirm your request within 24 hours. If we no longer have the capacity to honour your originally requested date and/or time we will endeavour to work with you in finding a suitable alternative. No guarantees can be made until confirmed by Burston Garden Centre. Payment is not processed until bookings are confirmed.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking from us within 24 hours. If you do not receive this please email us at email@example.com.
You will need to bring your email confirmation with the QR code and Ticket Number with you to ensure entry into your chosen event; this can either be printed at home or presented on your smartphone. Your QR code, booking reference and ticket numbers are unique to your booking and will allow the specified number of visitors into the event, codes can only be used once – by the purchaser.
Please arrive in good time for the start of the event, we cannot be held responsible for late arrivals as the event cannot be delayed.
Please ensure that you bring a copy of your confirmation email with you, either printed or on your smartphone as we operate a strict no ticket, no entry policy. It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot be rectified. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations; however we may be able to transfer your booking to a different date or time, but please note this is only subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If an event is cancelled by Burston Garden Centre, ticket holders will be offered places on an alternative event up to the value of the original tickets. If this is not possible a full refund will be given, subject to presentation of the original tickets within 28 days of the cancelled session.
