Artwork Size Guidelines

To ensure we can display as many entries as possible and create a clear, accessible exhibition for all, we kindly ask that artworks are:

• A4 size or smaller (21 x 29.7 cm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches) This keeps things simple, fair, and manageable for our display space.

🎨 Larger pieces? If your young artist has created something bigger, we’re still open to considering it! Just send us a quick email with the dimensions and a photo of the work and we’ll do our best to accommodate or discuss other ways it might be showcased (e.g. digitally, in the showreel or framed creatively).

We will aim to showcase as many submissions as possible in the physical exhibition space. However, due to space limitations, not all works may be displayed in person. To ensure every young artist is celebrated, all submitted artworks will be included in our rolling exhibition reel at the event and featured in our online Community Gallery.
