Herts Textile Arts and Stitch Group (HTAS)

HTAS is a vibrant community of textile artists and makers, based in St Albans. They meet monthly to explore the diverse and ever-evolving world of textiles, sharing ideas, techniques and creative inspiration in a friendly, supportive environment.
Their members work across a wide range of disciplines, including embroidery, quilting, mixed media, weaving, felt-making, printing, dyeing and contemporary textile art. Through talks, workshops, demonstrations and exhibitions, they encourage creativity, develop skills and celebrate the many possibilities of working with cloth, thread and fibre.
Whether you’re an established textile artist, an enthusiastic stitcher or simply curious about textile art, HTAS offers a welcoming space to connect with like-minded people, discover new ideas and be inspired.
Bricket Wood Art Club (BWAC)

Established for over 40 years, the BWAC is a welcoming community of artists who meet every Monday evening at St Luke’s Church Hall in Bricket Wood.
Members enjoy creating their own artwork in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, while also taking part in demonstrations and workshops led by professional artists throughout the year. These provide inspiration and opportunities to develop new skills.
