Some Things to Consider
Please do not enter the garden centre if you or anyone in your household has symptoms of Covid-19
We will be limiting the amount of people coming into the garden centre. Please be aware that this may result in queueing outside for a considerable period of time, please bring an umbrella in case it is raining.
Please be mindful of others and shop efficiently to minimise queue times
We have a one ways system in place in some areas of the centre, please observe these
Floor markings are in place to ensure social distancing – please adhere to them at all times
Our preferred method of payment is contactless (new £45 limit) or card transaction
Sanitising stations will be dotted around the store for you to use on trolley or wheelchair handles before use
Only two members per household please (including children) groups of more than two will not be admitted
Children must be with an adult at all times
Please respect the social distancing measures in place and stay 2m away from all staff and other members of the public
Our staff will be very happy (as always) to help you with any enquiry you may have but have been instructed to be concise in their answers to your questions in order to keep contact with others to a minimum
