Bring the magic home with a live video with Santa direct from the North Pole.
Live Santa Video Calls connects you directly to Santa in the North Pole for a magical experience. Santa will want to update everyone on his preparations for the big day, plus he’ll have all sorts of fun stories and questions for the children. You can ask Santa anything you like, so don’t forget your Christmas list.
Calls last 6 minutes and cost £19.95 per call.
During your call, Santa will appear on the main screen. You will be in the smaller bottom right window. In the downloadable copy, this is swapped around so that you see the children’s reactions in the larger main window and see Santa in the smaller window.
Your booking confirmation email will contain your login code and instructions. Starting your call is simple. Enter your private waiting room and wait for Santa to start the call. Children love to watch the count down and he’s always on time.
He knows each child’s name, age, gender and the town in which you live. You can also provide Santa with specific information on each child.

Download and share the memory
Video copy of your call. During your booking, you will be offered the chance to pre-purchase a downloadable video copy of your call to keep and share with loved ones.
Download deadline. Purchased videos are available to download for up to 72 hours following your call. After this time, it is deleted entirely from our system and we will no longer retain a copy.
Unique Opportunity
Show Santa. Unique to video calling Santa, your children can show him all sorts of things at home that they’ve never previously been able to. Santa loves to see school work, family pets, decorations and favourite toys.
Prepare for Santa. If you have anything you’d like to show Santa, we recommend you have these ready before your call begins.
