If you should have any problems with any Hardy plant you purchase from us within three years. Please return it along with a valid till receipt and we guarantee to replace it or give a credit to an equal value.

With our reward scheme you'll get a stamp on your loyalty card for every £10 spent. Fill your card and we'll send you vouchers which can be redeemed against anything in store (except in the restaurant).
Our Hardy Plant Guarantee covers all Hardy plants sold.
We are confident in the quality of our plants, and as a member of the Garden Centre Association we are happy to offer a free replacement or credit note for any hardy plant that should fail within 3 years.
This is providing it has been properly planted and cared for. All you need to do is return the plant to us within 3 years with proof of purchase.
