- The Greatest Garden Centre Team – Large -Silver Award
- The Greatest Grow Your Own Sales Idea – Silver Award
- The Greatest Garden Care Sales Team – Finalist
- The Greatest Planteria Sales Team – Finalist
The ceremony was held at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on June 21st 2011. We are delighted with our new awards and would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers who generously voted for us.
GCA Awards of Merit 2011
In July 2011 Burston Garden Centre received 11 Awards of Merit from the Garden Centre Association in their Standards Audit. We were very proud to recieve awards for the following:
Houseplant Area, Outdoor Ornamentation, Checkout Area, Website, Telephone Survey, Garden Construction, Hardy Plants, Growing Media, Bedding & Patio Plants, Customer Service and Garden Centre Staff. We’re delighted!
The Greatest Awards 2010
The Garden Centre won 2 coveted awards in 2010 – Best Garden Centre Team (Large Centre) in the UK and Best Plants Team SE England. Organised by Garden Trade News the awards were the result of customer votes. The success followed 2 silver awards in 2009.
The Garden Centre was also the outright winner in the North Thames region for Best Display in the Garden Centre Association’s annual inspections and achieved ‘Highly Commended’ status for 2010/11 and a further 10 departmental awards.
